Notices:

All parts and supplies manufactured by or for any original equipment manufacturer (OEM) are noted by a "G" in the last position of the AVAC Catalog Number indicating they are genuine or original equipment.

ALL other parts and supplies are NON-genuine (generic/replacement) "designed to fit" items, manufactured for AVAC by vendors not represented by or vendors other than OEM's and are not genuine or original items.

Freight Policy:

1. All Shipments which do NOT qualify for Prepaid Freight will be shipped F.O.B. from the nearest AVAC affiliated warehouse stocking the products requested, Freight Collect or "Prepaid & Added".
2. The following requirements must be met to qualify for PREPAID SHIPPING:
   • Must exceed $500 in regularly priced, normally stocked PARTS (NOF & Special Order items excluded),
     Excluded Items: Equipment (vacs), Motors, PVC Pipe, NOF's and Liquid Chemicals.
   • Equipment (full size vacuum cleaners etc.) will be Prepaid if ordered 12 or more at one time.
   • Shipment must be from one location to one location in the Continental United States.
   • Order must not be subject to special terms, pricing or other modifications.
   • AVAC at it's option, may pro-rate freight charges on orders not entirely qualified for prepaid status.
   • COD fees will NOT be pre-paid/allowed in any prepaid shipment.
3. We will use UPS, SpeeDee or USPS Priority for shipments below 200 pounds,
   UPS "hundred-weight" above 200 pounds, and common LTL freight carrier above 500 pounds.
4. As of September 1998 UPS and USPS will NOT accept cash as payment for shipments.
   A certified check or Money Order will be required on all "Cash Only" future shipments.
5. COD customers are charged a per box COD Fee by UPS & USPS.
   To avoid the COD fee, you have the option of paying by Debit/Check or Credit Card or "Check by Phone."

Minimum Order is $25.00.
Orders under $25.00 will be shipped with a $7.00 Handling Charge added.

AVAC CORPORATION reserves the right to refuse orders not qualified for net dealer pricing.

Terms:

1. All initial orders will be shipped COD, Certified Check or Money Order ONLY.
   Upon request, we will call you with the Invoice Total so you will be able to make proper arrangements.
2. COD - Check Acceptable Terms will be granted only after a satisfactory credit check.
   A $25.00 handling charge will be applied to any returned (NSF) check & terms will revert to CODC Only.
3. Open account terms will be granted only after a satisfactory creditor & bank check.
   Average billings must meet or exceed $250.00 per month to maintain net dealer pricing.
4. A FINANCE CHARGE of 1.5% (minimum $.50) per month will be added to all past due accounts.
5. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
6. We also accept Check Cards or Debit Cards and offer a "Check-by-Fax" service.
7. If payment is sent with your order, please allow sufficient funds to cover shipping charges.
8. We also accept wire transfers and electronic payments. Bank details available by request.
